Machined from solid steel, this Swiss style globe front sight has an integral dovetail base measuring .360″ long, .082″ deep, and .780″ wide, for use on barrels up to 1-1/8″ octagon.The tapered steel post, ending in a bead, is screwed into this globe sight from below. The center of this sight bead stands about .404″ above the bottom of the dovetail.Called a Swiss sight, this petite blued steel globe sight is a copy of an original, and will look proper on many styles of fine muzzle loading or breech loading target rifles.Well made from one piece of solid steel, not welded, not soldered, this imported globe front sight was made by Davide Pedersoli, Italy.
