The Shun Kanso 6.5” Boning/Fillet Knife features a 6.5” AUS-10A high carbon stainless steel blade with a heritage finish and a blade thickness of 1/16”. This full tang fillet knife has Tagayasan wood handles with double rivets. It’s 10.875″ overall and weighs 2.24oz. Made in Japan.
