The TMJ plating encapsulates the9mm Luger bullet’s lead core, reducing lead exposure risk and making it anideal projectile for indoor use. Although TMJ plating is less expensive than afull metal jacket, it does come with the downside of making the roundunsuitable for ported barrels.
