Notions: Thread, buttons: 6 – 5/8″ diameter, 1″ lightweight buckle, interfacing 6 by 24″ (Virginia City 7 by 14″). Leather vests: Cotton-wrapped polyester thread for machine sewing, or waxed linen, heavy cotton, or sinew for handsewing. Leather cement and wooden mallet.
