D2 STEEL
Trusted for years as a tool-grade steel due to its high hardness, tough wear-resistance, and corrosion resistance. The high-carbon, high- chromium composition helps the MAAR to hold a sharp edge and requires less frequent sharpening than lower-grade steels.

BLACK OXIDE + STONEWASH FINISH
The black oxide coating not only looks great, but it helps improve abrasion and corrosion resistance. The stonewash finish provides a matte look that hides scratches, is low maintenance and preserves its original look over time.
OPERATION
Opening the KnifeTo deploy the blade, apply forceful pressure on the flipper tab.
Closing the KnifePush the lock arm over to the side so that it clears the base of the blade. Carefully rotate the blade into the closed position
FAST FLIP ONE-HAND DEPLOYMENT
The MAAR includes our Fast Flip (pivot washer and steel ball-bearing) design for simple, one- hand opening and lightning-fast deployment.
LINER LOCK
The liner lock is super strong so you can have peace of mind that the knife blade is securely deployed for your cutting tasks, but when it comes time to fold blade you can easily do so with one- hand.
2-WAY CARRY POCKET CLIP
The pocket clip helps to easily conceal the knife and the 2-position configuration allows you to carry the knife in a right-handed tip up or left- handed tip up position according to your personal preference.
(The clip is installed in the right-handed tip up position at the factory.)
