GAEP Wad Slitter, Loader Mounted 12 Gauge

This GAEP Wad Slitter is made to cut 4 wad petals. The LB6 sheath tube protects during the cutting process. It produces a precise slit along any brand of wad. Designed to be mounted on GAEP loading systems or in a drill press (with included arbor).

Maximum cutting depth = 55mm (2.16″)

Available gauges: 12ga & 20ga

hold it in your hand. do not mount it 10/2/2025
instead of installing onto my gaep, i had it on a mec 600 jr, left front hole, which should have been perfect. but, if one is trying to cut the stitching in a two petal wad and add two petals, its impossible to see the blades hit the pre-cut/stitched on both sides. so i just hold the arbor in one hand and align and push the wad with the other hand.perfect four petals!pro tip: there are two spacers with notches on the shaft that hold the four blades. make sure one is at the top, the other at the bottom so the blades cut straight. if theyre stacked at the bottom when the tool is upside down, inevitably there will be one that is slightly off and make a less than straight cut
