Description
The pre 64 firing pin spring retainer came in three styles: type-I with oil-retaining ridges (1936-1952), Type-II with an uninterrupted cylinder (1952-1963), and Type-III which is notched where it engaged with the firing pin (late 1963). The three styles function identically and are interchangeable.
