The Butcher blade is great for use in the kitchen. Features a 6″ blade, with a 10-1/2″ overall length. Forged from .094″ thick carbon cutlery steel by America’s oldest cutlery, Russell Green River. Properly tempered to sharpen quickly and hold an edge.We recommend three (3) RIVET-5 brass rivets. Use our Piloted Counterbore to seat the rivet heads flush with the surface.
