Build your own hand finished Green River buffalo skinner’s knife using our Blade-Buf-05, brass cutler’s rivets and maple scales. Our knife kits include: Set of three brass cutler’s rivetsOur Buffalo Skinner Blade is an authentic early skinner that measures 5″ with an overall length of 8-3/4″. This blade has been forged from .138″ thick carbon cutlery steel (not modern stainless steel) and has been properly tempered to sharpen quickly and hold an edge. This blade has been made in the U.S.A. by America’s oldest cutlery, Russell Green River. Pair of curly maple handle scales, 3/8″ thick by 1.5″ x 5″.
