A more potent 12 gauge target load for those who want performance further out, on moving targets. While it’s positioned for use mostly on clay targets, this is a shotshell that is also capable of use on small game at close and intermediate distances out to about 20-25 yards, given the extra payload and the slightly larger shot compared to most dedicated clay cartridges. The 7.5 shot in a 1 1/8 ounce cup with a light powder load is still enough to do the kind of damage that you need when a clay or a rabbit or a bird is just slightly out of the sweet spot for range.
The quality build of these shot shells paired with the exceptional pricing makes this an easy choice for having on your shelf, and despite the 7.5 shot not being the most versatile shot size, there is enough in its general capabilities to keep you coming back for more, especially with the larger payload (1.25 ounce).
This is a 2 ¾” shotshell that is suitable for use in any modern 12 gauge shotgun and is particularly good in single shots; over/under and pump shotguns, because it may require a slight bit of tuning for use out of semi auto shotguns, especially those that are a bit dirty, as this is lighter load.
