Winchester’s Power Point ammunition uses a soft pointbullet with a partial jacket notched to promote expansion in targets. This .223Remington load will serve well for home defense as well as medium sized gamehunting. The heavy 64 grain bullet leaves the muzzle at 3,020 feet per second,giving up only about 200 fps to the standard 55 grain load in exchange forstronger penetration. Each cartridge in this 20-round box uses Boxer-primedreloadable brass cases.
Winchester, a division of theOlin company, has operated since 1855 when it began producing firearms andammunition as the Winchester Repeating Arms Company.
