It’s a steel cartridge with Boxer priming in a 62 grain build. Suitable for twist rates in the 1:7 and 1:8 and 1:9 range, though it can be made to work in some cases in longer twist ratios.
Tula is a Russian import that offers the most popular rounds, including a ton of standardized SAAMI spec military cartridges. In this case, the .223 Remington load is essentially interchangeable with the 5.56×45 (check your firearm’s owners manual for carryover).
