This particular load, designed forhunting small and medium sized game, uses a 50-grain soft point bullet andboasts a muzzle velocity of 3,133 feet per second, almost as much as M193 ball.Note that 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington are not interchangeable with this .222Remington cartridge
