The engineering of the Ruger .204 and the solid construction that Sellier & Bellot is capable of making results in a cartridge that any varminter would be proud to shoot. There is only a 4.1 inch drop at 300 yards with this round and the velocity is still north of 2550 fps with energy above 525 ft. lbs. – at 300 yards. Out of the muzzle you can expect 4127 feet per second velocity and 1225 ft. lbs. of energy.
