This Sellier & Bellot is an incredible bargain even after you factor in the very hard reloading regimen needed to reload these cartridges. It is Berdan primed, so some significant primer pocket reworking would be necessary to make this cartridge reloadable. At this price though, it may make sense just not to reload, and take your savings on the new ammunition fresh from the S&B factory surplus stock.
Sellier & Bellot makes uncompromising ammunition that has a reputation for providing shooters with an excellent mix of reliability, accuracy and a good price. This case lot of 1060 .308 Winchester dual marked by S&B as 7.62×51 on the box is a gorgeous surplus case lot that has unmatched performance for the 147 grain full metal jacket offerings. The picture is not a foolproof gauge of the year of production however, so bear that in mind.
