Seen kind of like the “middle child” of the ACP family, the .380 ACP is smaller than the .45 ACP, yet larger than the .25 ACP, which allows it to fill a medium to small cartridge role.
These Silver Bear .380 ACP rounds are 94 grains in weight, have a Bi-metal full metal jacket over the lead core construction, and run a steel case. The steel cases are Zinc coated for ease of function, lubricity, and protection from the elements. These also feature non-corrosive Berdan primers that are non-reloadable. They have a muzzle velocity of 1000 feet per second making them a subsonic load. Being that they’re subsonic, that opens up a few more options in the way this round can be utilized. It can be used in conjunction with the correct type of suppressor.
