This is a very high-quality 9mm Luger load from the Prvi Partizan factory based in Serbia that produces top tier military style ammunition for the civilian population in addition to holding many contracts with military and law enforcement agencies/units. This 9mm ammunition offering is a jacketed hollow point with a small hollow point cavity. It is a great penetrator but may not be optimized for uniform expansion like some of its top tier competitors. Still, the potential for better terminal ballistics than the standard full metal jacket does exist with these rounds. The penetration is exceptional with more than 14 inches of penetration from the 147 grain bullet which is quite a feat.
